Residents bring California Christmas lights extravaganza to La Grange (courier-journal)
La Grange is about to be ground zero for a Christmas extravaganza, city
officials say. Mike Glover, a recent La Grange addition, has brought his
holiday decorating talents to the city, transforming the courthouse lawn into
a Christmas wonderland. The switch on the holiday light show will be flipped
at Light Up La Grange Friday, and the show will be played several times
through New Year's Day. It features lights and wire-frame Christmas characters
synced to music. Mike and Vonnie Glover moved to La Grange earlier this year
from Murrieta, Calif., where they became sort of a legend for their decorating
